Staff clearly uneducated & completely incompetent

Telecommunications

After doing a sim swap and finally receiving signal, a recorded announcement tells me that my cellular service is being suspended. The lady from customer service cannot give me any reason why nor is there anybody available to shed some light. I am told that the matter can only be resolved in 24 hours. Is this really acceptable?
