I reported a fluctuating cellular phone and data signal in the President Park area, Midrand to Vodacom. The signal used to be acceptable, but all od a sudden it went to bad/none. It is impossible to do business when you have to rely on such intermittent service. Vodacom sent me an sms on 18/01 to say they were still attending to my query. When I spoke to them on the phone, they promised to send me an email confirming that they would compensate me for all the dropped calls. No email has been received.
On 25/01 I received an sms saying that my query had been resolved. No one asked me. I was told, it had been resolved. Well, it isn't.
The signals are worse than ever. I cannot download my email, do a Google search or make a call without rebooting, refreshing, re-calling. Often, people can't hear me speaking.
Why do I have to pay for such EUR&@#? service? Why can't they just fix it like it was? Why don't they ask the customer if he/she is happy, instead of announcing that they are happy? What happened to customer satisfaction?
