We changed to Vodacom because our previous service provider had signal problems but regretting it. Recently we upgraded, first the guy who helped us had no clue about the contracts available and second you had no stock, no matter what phone we decided on. In the booklet you advertise a phone with a specific contract but when we asked for it the guy didn't even know about the phone and it wasn't on your system. Eventually we found someone who could help us and got a phone, but three weeks after upgrade I realized the gps doesn't work and the phone started losing signal, I took it in and was informed it's just a software error, but was latter informed that the problem was actually the phone itself. I got a sms today saying the phone is ready for collection, the phone still has the same problems, the "engineer" only activated the imei. This is the second contract phone that we got from Vodacom that doesn't work the first phone we took in 3 times and till this day it still has the same problems, what do we do? Nothing seems to get done and we have to pay for something that doesn't work
