Still signal problems

Good day,

I have logged a complaint a few months back due to the huge signal problems in Secunda Ex16. They contacted me and said that they are currently busy installing new signal poles in Secunda and that it wil take a while. I am concerned as I had to install a Telkom line because of bad internet signal. When making a phone call on my cell phone from home, it sometimes goes through and sometimes doesn't or it just cuts off. So my telephone bill has gone up and my minutes on my Vodacom contract as well. Because of the fact that I cannot use it all the times. I've got a iphone talk 240 and my minutes are currently on 775. I feel that if I cannot use this service what is the need to pay for it then? I have never had so much signal problems, I even changed phone three times to make sure it is not my cell phone, and it remains the same. It also happens at work for the last 2-3 months where we normally had 3G signal we struggle to get gprs. And a lot of people are complaining about exactly the same at work. Please help or help me to cancel my contract and move to a network that can supply to all.
