I went into the RandRidge mall on Thursday the 6th of June to find out what documentation was going to be required for opening an account and if there were any forms to fill in. I was told what documentation to bring and that there would not be any forms to fill in as it was done online.

Saturday the 8th I go in, FILL IN THE FORMS, and get told my documents will only be able to be sent to the head office on Monday as their fax machine is broken, but if the contract is accepted I will receive the phone on Wednesday. On Wednesday I am told it will only be ready on Friday. I request that it be ready before 3 pm as I would be out of jhb thereafter. I get phoned at 17:30 on to be told the phone is ready for collection.

Tuesday, the 18th, I go into the shop, to find that they don't have any stock. I am told one will be ready the next day. I request for it to be delivered, this will not be a problem. On the Thursday I phone the head office to complain about the lack of service. I am told the area manager will get back to me - still no response

On Friday I want to cancel the application, it gets better, the phones at Randridge mall and the call centre are not answered.
