Billing problem again

Well once again for a second month in a row an incorrect amount has been deducted from my account.
I am tired of having to sort out this problem and want to cancel my contract ASAP.
Hope this will happen soon.
Amount deducted is R799 and should be R499
Last month it was R1184 and should be R499.
Poor service...!!!
