Waiting 7 weeks for repairs and pathetic feedback!

It has been more than 7 weeks since I handed my phone in for repairs and after accepting the quote I have yet to receive any information on the progress of the repairs let alone my phone. I contact the call centre at least twice a week for any feedback. These calls however all follow the same pattern where I get asked my email and am told they will get back to me as soon as they know more but I never hear from them again.
This experience with Nashua Mobile has been extremely dissatisfying and I am on the verge of moving all my business elsewhere. I would really appreciate any feedback as to the current status and secondly that this process does not waste much more of my time.
