CONTRACT CANC IN NOV 2013 - MONEY STILL DEDUCTED

I contacted Virgin mobile in October 2013 as my cell phone contract expired and I did not want to renew same.
I had to give 1 month's notice and therefore my contract with them was finished in November 2013. My Number was ported by MTN as I wanted to keep my number.
Virgin Mobile is STILL DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.
As I am typing this, I am on the line with Virgin Mobile's answering machine and I have been holding for 22 minutes and 57 seconds already.
I want the money they deducted ILLEGALLY back in my account immediately, otherwise I will take legal action.
Their service was poor from day one and now I still have to battle to get MY money back.
This is really unacceptable and they could really do something about their telephone consultants as no one answers the phone. I am now currently holding for 25 minutes and 58 seconds.
Once owe someone like Virgin Mobile money, they are quick to report the person, but when they do not give our money back, we should phone them constantly and hear different excuses all the time.
I am really disappointed with them and will never suggest them to any one.
Trust this will get attention now.
