Endless delays on the repairs

First of all everything was fine, the call center was helpful, and friendly. Although I had take my phone to a MTN branch as per the only email I had received from 24hr mobility this was valid. I wasn't too worried that I had to go back to the branch, and pick up the phone. (although it would have been nice to be informed before going to the store or by the MTN staff).

My cellphone was picked up promptly on the 15th/16th of January it has now been 3 weeks at the repairs center. I have phoned multiple times now, being promised to be contacted at least 2 times.

I have finally gotten to a decent consultant renault collins (not sure of spelling). Still awaiting the result of this as they are having telephone/VOIP issues.

It is very frustrating to have to wait so long, as this is a very expensive contract, and the phone uses micro sim, so had to find a phone to use it in.
