I called vodacom on the 2nd April 2013 at 3.45pm to discuss a query on my account. I held on for close on 5 min before a consult answered my call. Authenticate my details-Amanda claimed I had given her 3 correct answers and so that doesnt allow her to continue since I was unable to answer the required correct questions. I was looking at my online statement (thank - because then I was able to verify everything she needed to know). I explained my problem to her &requested an itemised billing. She told me that would log the call but I needed to submit a letter & my id copy to them before they would let me have this.i refused & requested to speak to a manager. I held on from 3.53-4.04 before the manager Tami could answer my call and assist me. No apology for waiting-DISGUSTING!!
