Debit Orde

Good Day
Last month i communicated with Autopage that i am no longer working, and they should remove the debit order on my account and i will pay via cash. Yesterday a lady called me and she said I owe around 500.00, which is correct however my account has been having returned debit orders, and i told the lady that i requested in several times that a debit order should be removed on my account, and she confirmed that the debit order is not removed, however she would remove it, today i receive an sms from ABSA with returned debit order from autopage. Please remove the debit order as it charging my account and gives me a negatuve credit rating.

Will be paying the 500.00 by end of the month.
