Illing issues, dont trust the call centre

I have an account with autopage, i have a debit order on my account for the subscription, they have not debitted my account for the month of november and december, i had called the call centre in november asking why my account was not debited there respinse was that they dont know, i am now getting sms's demanding payment and they have also disconnected me, this is not right and not fair at all, as i have raised the no debit issue, they now say that IT had a problem, a question why isit now my problem.

I would say dont get a contract ever with Autopage.
