5 Weeks, NO reply!

Please, can I get feedback from someone give me feedback, even if it is to tell me MTN doesn't want to help me.
I have been waiting 5 weeks for MTN to give me feedback on whether they are willing to give me a signal enhancer, since almost every call that I make or take gets dropped. MTN said it will take 10 working days to give me an answer. This is week 6, still NO answer or reply.

Clearly I am of no interest to MTN whatsoever. Being on a business contract with MTN, spending huge amounts every month on cellphone and data every month, is of no importance to MTN it seems.

My ref nr. for the query at MTN is: 0051306.

Please, can I have a form of feedback, MTN is after all a communication company! Surely you know how to communicate to your clients!
