No feedback and poor service

I bought a Samsung Vacuum Cleaner from Makro Centurion - paid a lot of money for it, after 9 months it gave a problem, it was returned and fixed. After 7 months, same problem, it was return and fixed but I paid R400 for it. After 2 months it stopped working again, it was returned and fixed because it was under the repair warranty. After 2 weeks again it was returned with a problem, but Samsung this time did not want to fix it without another R400 being paid! It took a week and a half and 4 different discussions with Makro to get an answer that it was a different part that was faulty now and it falls out of the warranty.
Not happy with this, because a "quality product" should not give so many problems, I was referred to Hansie Grobler who said he would look in to my case. When I got no feedback after a week from him I tried to call him. It is now 3 weeks later I have tried to call him about twenty times, left 4 messages, emailed him, I still have no response no feedback no reply and no answer from Hansie Grobler.
All I want is somebody from Makro who are able to follow through and give me an informed answer.
