Noticed I had been accidentally charged twice for the pro rata amount from the date I joined this ISP till the end of that first month. Called their call centre and the call was answered in less than 1 minute by a lady who understood my issue immediately. She had to confirm on her system which took about a minute but the whole experience was rapid and no fuss. She offered to re-imburse me the cash or to take it off the following months billing... Great service all round!
