I had a 24 months contract with MTN for a blackberry which stopped on the 5th July 2013. On my first payment I was charged a pro-rata amount for the half and full month, which I understood and never had a problem with. However my last debit with MTN I was charged a full amount of R240 which was not a pro-rata based, then I contacted MTN and I was promised a call by the consultant I spoke to before the end of the contract, and still even today no one phoned me. I would like the billing department of MTN to review my billing as when the contract ended, I forfeited the BIS and re-imburse me accordingly, and listen to all the calls I made since the 1st or 4th June 2013 for the arrangements I was trying to make cancel my contract when the time arrives
