Within 2 weeks of receiving my new blackberry 9320, it started overheating and the battery doesn't last more than a day, when I called the store they advised that I need to bring the phone in and it will take 2 weeks to be repaired "this is ridiculous because it's a new phone and its on a 24 month contract" Im not the only one having this problem, there are another 5 people that took the contract the same time as myself and everyone seems to be having the same problem so I don't think the phone needs to be repaired, it actually needs to be re-called, we should be able to get a new type of phone or our contracts should be cancelled.
