Cybersmart yet again not keeping to what they say

On the 8th of March I have already made my complaint clear. Numerous people contacted me and we came to an agreement. This complaint is that they are not keeping to the agreement.

The agreement was that you credit me for the month that I had 5 - 6 days of connectivity. I will keep the router and you will debit me for that. Which means that I will pay about R159 (R300 you credit me - R459 for the router I will keep). This was confirmed by the person that called me regarding my original Hello Peter complaint, again by Matshidiso, as well as 2 accounts people.

To my demise, I received an invoice of R734. You have not credited me. And now you have added some extra costs which I have not been made aware of. In other words, I am paying R 1 034 for 5 days internet.

Not only have you tricked me, you are not transparent in your costs, you do not do what you say and it seems that you charge extra for people that are not happy with your service. I will not pay this amount. I will pay what we agreed upon.

Please note the following: As soon as my bank opens, I will ask them to block all your debit orders as I will not pay R734. I will also report you to the National Consumer Commission.
