Thanks for making internet setup easy

I joined Cybersmart and so far it has been a pleasant experience. They promised that I would have internet within 21 working days. They delivered it in 3. The router they sent was, as promised, already set-up. (I love it when an electronic good is plug-n-play.) I was worried that my os (Linux Ubuntu) would require different settings but that was not the case. They gave constant feedback during the application process and was flexible when I required a different router than originally included. Everything from calling the customer care centre, the application process, right through to the installation was made easy. And so far the internet is working 100%. Also comparing internet packages I believe Cybersmart is very competitive and quite transparent. With this I mean that while I was comparing deals I discovered that some other companies actually has a (very) fine print which states that while you get 5gb a month you may only use 1gb for overseas servers - the 4gb is only for South African servers. There is none of this restrictions with Cybersmart and their Q&A section is also very helpful and quite clear regarding different packages.
