Cancellation request due to Seacom issue

To whom it may concern, i have phoned and sent several emails requesting cancellation due to the downgraded 4mb service and poor latency and speeds from the around the 22nd March up till the seacom issue was resolved... After severe issues on Friday and Saturday i sent through a cancellation request as i had signed up with another ISP on uncapped which was working 100% and bonus was cheaper and more efficient. The only response i got after a few emails was an automated reference number: 20130323002436, 20130325003881 and 20130323002437... so then on the 28th i got an email requesting that i fill in documents??? which i already done on the 25th after speaking to a consultant over the phone and emailed the document off on the 25th March, so after no response i resent them the email on the 28th ref: 20130328007802, still no response... Not happy... i will not be using my MWEB uncapped account in April and feel it unfair that i have to pay for a service is was not getting (in March) as promised nor pay for a service i will not be using in April... Please Refund me...
