Been quoted R2200-00 to do a simple solder job on a cellphone is absurd and should be questioned!
Fact is, the phone hangs so often the battery needs to be removed so often to reboot it, its obvious the battery terminal would come loose eventually!
This is way beyond acceptable and Blackberry should take some if not all the responsibility!
