Very Bad Service!!!

I have been a Client of iburst since 2008. An now the last 2 years im only getting bad service from you. From day 1 i have been making EFT payments at the end of each month. now about each month you keep on charging me an additional R30 for a so called debit order problem. when this problem started i phoned and phoned most of the time i get the phone been sit down in my ears or hold on for this and that person and at the end of the day the phone gets put down or the person will phone you back. And that never happens. I also have sendet emails to a mpho and told him to fix this nonsens and that looks like its not working as i see my internet is off. i will not pay for your mistakes. it feels like somebody steals money from me. A payment has been made on the 16th of this month and i still get a message that i havent paid. that is what i call useless. is that how you treat a customer after 5 years im gatfol of bad service it feels like im paying you to do nothing. If this isnt resolved today i will stop this account of mine and go to your competition.
