I called mtn customer care and got through to a Rebecca and seconds after i was speaking to Phindi Nele the Supervisor, who did not know why the phone was given to her, i was calling to complain about the service i received prior to speaking to them when i called in earlier. Phindi listens to me and her tone of voice changes as one can her that she just wants to rap the call up even though i have not completed, i acknowledge that i could have been talking a lot, however its my frustration from the bad service received prior. while i was still wanting to further the conversation she spoke over me saying she is going to rap the call up and that she is going to end the call. Eventually before i could even say anything further she goes silent and eventually the call in ended. The call was made from my landline (021) 7614509 and i dialed 083173 the date and time of the call is : 28/03/2013 18:27pm. please find the call and listen to the disgusting attitude and behaviour presented. I am extremely disappointed in MTN its as if they are just hiring for the sake of filling seats as to make their S.L.A time of which probably are not good. i ask that this matter be attended to please. thanx
