We've reported our line down on 28 March, the call centre keeps telling us that it is waiting for a technician to be assigned. We've heard all kinds of other excuses, including that a technician was sent out, exchange faults, etc. Nothing has been repaired yet, and no technician has arrived. This is terrible service.
