No internet reception, and no service!!

We wanted to make use of MTN uncapped internet. They where very quick to help us to get the contract, but when we got home, we realized we do not have any MTN reception at our house for internet... We phoned and asked what to do, they said we need to report the problem and a technician will come to test our coverage. We waited 7 days, and didn't receive any assistance. We went back to Kolonnade branch (and they were very understanding) but they said that there's noting they can do, we need to wait for a technician. They reported the problem again and marked it as urgent. Today (6 May 2013) another 7 days later, we still haven't had anyone to come and fix the problem. We got other internet now, so I am not willing to pay for something that doesn't work!! MTN only cares about making money... and they have extremely poor after sales services. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MTN AGAIN!!!
