I have a 8ta 3G internet bundle now for almost 29 months. My internet speed was just over 5 mb/s in the first 12 months and started to decrease from there in the next 11 months to 3mb/s. Sins last November it decreased to less than 1mb/s (under my knowledge 3G is suppose to run between /- 3mb/s (worst) up 7.2 mb/s (best) (edge should run at best /- 3mb/s).i have reported this problem numerous times. I have been waiting for a proper solution from someone who knows what they talking about. a week ago 8ta phoned me and ask if a Technician can come to my location in the morning. i asked if it would be possible if the technician can come after hours, they had a problem with that. after a few days the phoned again and said they will come after hours. The technician came and left with no solution. he said he will give feedback to the network technician who will contact me in the next week with a solution. we are one week later and still no solution. In my Opinion:8ta have incompetent people who dont know how to monitoring their own network and services, it is clearly that the tower or network is overloaded and that their equipment cant keep up with the load. Hope someone can give me answers
