No Internet or Lines for a week!!!

I don't understand it been a week waiting for my Telkom Line, there is no help from customer care nobody can tell me what and when my internet will be working my lines are down I have got a business to run and cant do that with alternative ways. Terrible service for something that has nothing to do with me, nobody is getting back to me about anything not even an apology. So can someone please tell me what the is going on.
