Great service

I would like to give my compliment to the repairs centre in canal walk. I wish i could remember the young guys name who helped me. He gave me excellent, polite, efficient service..

Its easter weekend and i was staying in johannesburg for work on friday night. As i landed in joberg i tried to turn on my samsung s3, but to my dissapointment the touch screen had stopped working. I returned saturday evening back to cape town, and sunday i went through to canal walk to see if they could help me with my phone..i didnt have much hope as i thought they would either close early or my phone would be sent away for weeks to get repaired.. too my surprize i walked in and theres no que, i go straight to the counter and im greeted with friendly faces, i tell the gentleman what happened, he goes to his technician and says i must come back in an hour. We filled out paperwork and i left. An hour lat i come back expecting bad news and to my surprize my phone is fixed, none of my data was cleared, i got my phone back..
