Sick and Tired of bad service

Picked up my handset from Cell C Parktown on Friday 22/03/2013 from Viola. She told me she will phone Jonas and he will activate my cell number on the sim she gave me with the handset... it is now 30/03/2013 my phone is still not working. I have phoned Cell C call centre every day and every time I am told it will be done within 24-48 hours. I am just so sick and tired of the bad service from Cell C. You are quick to take money from my bank account for a line I'm not even able to use. I am unable to make/receive any calls. I will never take out a contract with Cell C ever again.
