Does anyone tell the truth at Cell C

On 28/3/2013 we gave a BB 9900 in for repairs. Micllicent helped us and let us fill in the form. We told him we had insurance on the phone and he marked that on the form. After hearing nothing from Cell C we phoned 11/4/2013 and they said that we didn't fill in an accident report. Well no one told us or contacted us to fill it in. We drove to Menlyn store to fill in the form. On 24/4/2013 we phoned again because no one gives us feedback and Cell C told us that they haven't recieved the accident report form. We emailed the form to Cell C because Menlyn branch could not find the form that we filled in at their store. On 6/5/2013 Menlyn store emailed us to say that the claim was approved and our handset will be repaired. On 7/5/2013 we recieved a call from Cell C (WOW) to say that our handset will be at the store on Friday 101/5/2013. Today 13/5/2013 Cell C sms us to say that the handset has been handed to a tecnician for assesment. As you can see I had nothing other than poor service from Cell C, and not one single person at Cell C has told me the truth so far about my phone.
