Disgsuting Service From MTN!!!

On the 28th March 2013 I visited the MTN store in PAvillion. Despite the long que's and slow response times, I waited in anticipation for my query to be dealt with. I required a simple sim swop to be done. I was assisted by Siyande. He provided me with a new sim and assured me that I would be registered on the network within 2 - 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and I have still not been registered. Upon calling your call centre, I was told that an incorrect sim number has been loaded against my number hence I do not have any service. I was also told that the MTN store at Pavillion was open till 5pm. I tried in vain to call through since 4pm and nobody answered.

This has been a great inconvience to me as my job heavily depends on my availibility via cell. My business partners have not been able to contact me since yesterday.

I am deeply disgusted with your service MTN. Fix this immediately or I will consider changing cell phone providers!
