Took out two Apple Contracts. The one is fine but the other is over charged at double price. When itemised billing is checked there are hunderds of 1cent connections. That not being the issue, the issue comes ion when i enquired with cell customer care i was told the matter will be sent to the "admin" department. I was told i could not contact this department directly and will need to wait for them to contact me. 1 day goes by and i get a voice mail saying that i have been charged correctly and that its is due to internet charges, aas if i didnt know that already, and that i need to contact customer care is i have anyt further questions. Customer care cant answer my questions because they hand it over to admin. once again i as the consumer just have to pay and be satisfied with Sub standard service. Cell c wake up. Credit my account and stop taking chances.
