NO FEEDBACK FROM CELL C REGARDING MY ACCOUNT

I have never dealt with a service provider like Cell C which is so laid back when it comes to customer queries.
They don't even pass the buck as they prefer to rather ignore you completely! then Cell C wants to claim that they cover 97% of South Africans. Maybe they should re-look at their business module and start focus on customer relations rather that numbers. I have on numerous occasions request from Cell C to look at my account as they have charged to my account R2.24 every time my wife gave me a missed call. Please note these were missed calls and did not even go into my voice messages. This was about 3 plus years ago, I even provide them with my itemised billing reflecting all these charges. This was eventually just placed on the side by Cell C and never properly sorted. I have recently been in contact with them again. I was without work for 4 months. I have informed Cell C of this but strangely you cant get them to listen to their voice recordings to pick this up as they claim. When you mail them they reply that they cant get hold of me on my Cell C number, the same one which they cancelled. Each mail reflected my current contact number. Up to date I still have no reply from them!!!
