Cell C
Phone not repaired, although Cell C said it was

Good day

I have logged a complained on Hello Peter on Friday regarding my cell phone.

Then on Friday afternoon Sipho phoned me, informing me that the phone is at Cell C Menlyn and it is REPAIRED.
Yesterday when picking up my phone the phone is not switching on and is NOT repaired. Although the system said REPAIRED.

Why do you then tell me that the Cell phone is repaired and bringing me under false impression? Really this is so wasting my time.

Could you also please let me know what the penalties etc is to cancel this contract cause i have been struggling with Cell C eversince i got this contract in June 2012?
