No feedback on email sent

Hi

I sent an email a couple of months ago (about 4 or so) stating that I 1) cannot see what claims were processed by the insurer when I login and 2) specifically if 4 claims (that I attached) were paid.

The only feedback that I received is that the claims that I sent to Carecross would have been processed. This does not help me, my dealings have always been with the Essential Group, they need to provide the feedback to me...
