I contacted the claims Department on 24 October 2013 for a lightening damage claim. Vonani emailed me on the 25th of October advising that I need to complete the claims form and get a report on the damages from an assessment centre. I have check around and cannot locate one, I have since emailed Vonani, nomvula Chitaka and [Email Removed] for assistance with an assessment centre and no one has replied to me. I have sent several emails since 25 October. I am extremely unhappy with the service received and I am now considering changing insures.
