CELL C iPHONE 5 - waiting for 3 months

Aaand once again back to hello peter since the only way to get a response from Cell C is to write here. I have now been waiting for my Apple iPhone 5 for... drumroll... 3 months. After my last complaint I received many helpful phonecalls and was told it would arrive by post in 5-7 working days. it has now been almost 4 weeks. The email address I was given should there be any problems doesn not work. Or the person doesn't enjoy doing their job. At this point I am seriously giving it some consideration to simply wait for the next model and choosing a different service provider, since this is by far the most laughable, ridiculous service I've ever heard of..
