Why can't anyone help me with the Cell C iPhone?

This is not as much a complaint as a plea for action.

I contacted Cell C via their online prompts to get the iPhone 5 R399 deal and Kerry Minnie responded on the 7 January 2013. She was initially very helpful and I even thanked her for that. She took all of my details and I was preapproved and told that she would contact me when stock arrived ( - two weeks).

When I didn't hear back after two weeks I asked for an update. I received no reply and had to ask again and was then told to wait for her to contact me. I completely understand, but would like to be updated or given other options to get the phone faster.

Therefore I asked to be placed on a waiting list by the two city bowl branches and I was 2nd on the one waiting list and the lady asked me for my details to send me the application form to order the iPhone. I never received that application form and phoned a week later to ask her to resend or check the spelling of my email address and I was told she will send it that day. Still no reply (2 weeks later...).

PLEASE can someone assist me, this is ridiculous. I understand you are having problems, but just update me and help me out? Isn't that your jobs?
