Cell C the worst customer service EVER

After waiting over 2 months for stock of the iPhone 5 to arrive I have to wait even more. (see previous complaint here: https:///cell-c/complaints/waiting-almost-2-months-for-iphone-5-1022022) I successfully cancelled a previous contract over 2 years ago but Cell C failed to clear it on there system. However on "vision" it says the termination was made. I now have to wait 3 days for someone to click a mouse a few times to clear it and all I have is a case number. I am at the expense of someone else's faults!

This is absolute rubbish! I want prompt real service from Cell C with an incentive! I regret joining their network.
