Cell C
Almost 3 months & still waiting, but being billed

I applied for a iphone 5 contract with Cell C direct on 27/02/2013, they said they were out of stock, but were receiving stock in 2 days, so I would definitely have my phone the following week. The following week came and went. I then phoned to follow up on the delivery, they promised that my phoned would be delivered in a day or 2 as it had already been sent for delivery. A week later I phoned to find out what was going on, they then said there was no stock and would have to wait 3 weeks for my phone. I told them this was unacceptable as they has promised me my phone on numerous occasion's, and that I had already been waiting for close to a month (when they promised me I would have my phone in a few days), they said they would call me back which they never did. 2 days later I received a iphone 4s, I phoned them and told them I ordered a iphone 5 and that they must send the correct phone, they said they would get there supervisor to phone me back. As always no one phoned back and am still waiting for there call. I have tired numerous times to try and phone back but just land up wait on hold. They have also started billing me for a iphone 5. I am at a wits end with cell c!
