Good Afternoon

Its grossly unfair that MTNSP is threatening me with legal action after I contacted MTN 2 months ago informing them that i was unemployed and if theres any way of making an arrangement as i willl not be renewing my contract. The person answering the call was so rude saying that its not MTN's problem and im still liable for whatever the cost. Next my outgoing calls were barred, following by incoming, and now my numbers not in use. This use to be my pay as you go number 10 years ago. I contacted MTN again asking them how they could possibly do the above without informing me as ive been going for interviews and how do they expect me to pay them if the only means of getting through to me is barred. How are people suppose to contact me. I never said i will not pay, all i asked for was an arrangement until the end of my contract and now im sitting with a phone that doesnt work for employers to contact me, after paying it for so long and the contract ends in May. Ive been with MTN for years and this is how they treat a customer when in need. Im changing networks seriously and informing every possible person i know of this service.
