BAD SERVICE FROM RICHARDSBAY BRANCH

ME AND MY BROTHER RECEIVED VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE BOARDWALK RICHARDSBAY BRANCH. WE APPLIED FOR THE SPECIAL ON THE TV UNCAPPED INTERNET. WE APPLIED ON THUESDAY BUT HAD TO PHONE THE BRANCH ON THURSDAY TO FIND OUT WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED BUT I WAS APPROVED ON THUESDAY FOR THE AMOUNT OF R130 WHICH THEY WOULD HAVE ASKED TO GET THE LIMIT INCREASED. I PHONED ON MONDAY TO FIND OUT WHEN THE ROOTER IS THERE JUST TO BE TOLD THEY HAVE ARRIVED. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP THE WHOLE TIME WITH THE BRANCH AS THEY DID NOT EBEN PHONE US BACK ONCE. YESTERDAY THEY PHONED ME BACK JUST TO BE TOLD THEY HAVEN'T EVEN DONE THE LIMIT INCREASE SO I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL EVERYTHING BECAUSE IF THAT IS THE SERVICE WHAT WE ARE GETTING NOW HOW WILL THE SERVICE BE ONCE I HAVE ACCEPTED THE ROOTER AND STILL HAD TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR THE TV TO ARRIVE.
