Called mid January to do a transfer of land line which includes ADSL for 1st February which did not happen on that date but a week later. When doing a transfer of land line surely this means changing one's address, well it did NOT. Called and spoke with Deidre who confirmed categorically that she had changed the address on their system, to NO avail, because on 27th March 2013 I had to call again and spoke with Thato who also confirmed that he had changed my address on their system and will email me a statement so I can pay the bill. This is the worst service I have ever had and something seriously needs to be done!!
