Vodacom

About a month ago I discovered that someone had opened a Vodacom cellphone contract using my banking details. This I tracked back to November 2012. They stopped the debit order after speaking to a consultant from head office putting my details on their system and confirming that I do not have an account with Vodacom, never have, and the way things are going never will have!! My problem I have though is how I am going to be compensated. I had to fax through documentation such as bank statements inclu a cover page at my own expense. To my surprise 2 days later no one had record of this documentation I had faxed!! I'm totally fed up at this point and really just want the matter to be resolved. Thanks J.P
