To take a month to fix a portal login problem?
On 20 March (admittedly in the evening) I emailed customer care as I'd been unable to log into my portal account, this after initially trying (unsuccessfully) to in to the Vodacom app which I'd just downloaded.
On 21 March a call with the admin department was received and screenshots of the various error scenarios were provided (it changed depending on the password I tried). I was informed that I'd receive feedback within 48 hours.
The feedback that I have received... this evening (5 days, 3 working days) later is that the target closure date is 25 April... A MONTH to fix a portal login??
