VVM ATTORNEYS AREN'T COLLECTORS THEY ARE HARRASSER

We are debtors with a payment arrangement with VVM Attorneys. We have paid the arranged amounts at month end however they still continued bombarding us a Ridiculous amount of sms's, phone calls and emails. We have even received sms's in the early morning hours stating that we must make a payment arrangement. They even phoned while we were busy making a payment to them, but the harassment still continued.

We sent an email to the email address stated in the correspondence and then received this automated response:

"Good Day

This is an automated response confirming receipt of your email.
Due to us having to take instructions from our client, it could take up to 50 days for us to respond to your email. Please be guided accordingly. A new online portal "VVM Transaction Portal - [URL Removed] has been designed to assist you with the following tasks:..."
NOTE THE 50 DAY RESPONSE PERIOD..We then attempted to register with the said online portal, however we had to wait for a email and sms with the login details. 1 MONTH LATER we received the email with the login details, but we are still waiting for the sms. The sms's, emails and phone calls continued.
