After being a loyal customer with cellc for 5 years and having endless problems be it billing messups, double debits, no airtyime loads etc. I decided to take my business to another service provider. Only to receive a call from Cell cs retention department Vishen Sigaban, who then as per normal does his sales pitch to keep me as a customer offers various products...! Which i agree to and allow him to upgrade to of my contracts. First i receive a phone late, as per the call center no upgrade was done. Then calls back and forth i receive a ph and no internet stick. Then after calls back and forth again im sent the internet stick. Only to find out he had not done the upgrade and changed my line to a 2 gig line and was being billed 2 a mb my bill then running up to 1200 which is only 500mbs of a 2 gig cap...!!! then they suspend my line for high usage. I then post on hello peter and receive feedback from Actions
Mbongeni Ntshangase [Email Removed] who does nothing but reopen the line and not look into the problem. i had to call the call center 100s of times to get a hold of vishen you yesterday agreed he was wrong it will sorted well lets on the 28...! Cellc lmfao
