I have recently lodged a dispute with MTN stating that someone has opened a contract with my ID Number fraudulenty. I have sent you the documentation and a copy of my ID and affidavit. This was done 3 weeks ago. I have had no feedback and when i try and contact the department i am continually being shuffled around from one person to another who know nothing. What staff do you employ that they are all useless and offer no assistance whatsoever

Now please get back to me with some concrete inforamtion regarding the investigation of fruadulent activity with my ID number, failure to do so i will report this bad service to the credit ombudsman.
