Account opened fraudently with my details

Am an ID Victim, a clothing account was granted by Identity store without my knowledge and consent.
I noticed this on my credit report that I have a revolving account with Identity and the account is in arrears due to non payment. I contacted Identity on their 021 460 2400 customer care line, to report the incident. I was told to provide an affidavit stating I didnt open the account and a copy of my ID. I faxed through the said documents to 021 460 2931. I did contact Identity store again and enquire about the investigation, I am told it's still under investigation. I have been in waiting for 3 weeks for their reply and mind you this affecting my credit rating negatively. I noted the account no for this credit line as no 10121106494525.

Identity store please respond to this urgently. I am in the process of seeking assistance from a legal represenative to escalate this matter. As my attempts have fallen on deaf ears. HELP
