Capite Bank - Reference Number Experts

I discovered a loan on my credit report for R147000 taken out on the 30 Dec 2012 without my knowledge.
Now I have NEVER EVER been to a Capitec Bank branch ever before this and this loan is unknown to me. The also had my banking details, and Capitec Bank debited my account for R4550 on the 18 Jan 2013.

I reported this to Capitec (ref:6182290) on the 17 Jan 2013, and lodged a dispute with ITC. I called Capitec's call centre numerous times and spoke to numerous people, from Dimakatso (ref 6936873), Portia, Scelo, and Tshepo, a useless team leader who kept dodging my calls and could never call back even after promising to get me a letter stating that the loan is in the process of being written off.

My life is at a standstill as I can even apply for a homeloan because of this, and to make issues worse, the investigation which is supposed to take 10 days only commenced today as I was informed by forensic investigator Angelique Coetzee who gave me a call and informed me she will be handling the case (15 more days) and that I need to supply her with documentation that I supplied from the beginning.

I'm reporting this to the Banking ombudsman!! Utterly disgusted!! n
